  • Steve Braceland - President & CEO

  • Steve began his career with NCR where he was responsible for consulting, design and implementation of technology-driven solutions for retail clients. Steve's experience in the retail industry spans small business retailers to the large multinational chains. Steve completely revitalized NCR ′s Canadian Re-seller/Dealer Channel. In 1995, Steve saw an opportunity to provide consulting services directly to retailers and founded STJ Retail. Since then, the company has prospered and is now sought after by many national chains to provide services for their store automation needs. His experience and accomplishments over the last 27 years have made Steve a leader in the industry with the drive and vision to succeed in whatever he undertakes. Steve is a graduate of Concordia University with a Bachelor′s Degree in Commerce.
  • Mary Di Vincenzo - Vice President of Operations and Technology

  • Mary Di Vincenzo has many years of experience in the financial services and retail industries. As Vice President, Mary is responsible for service delivery across STJ Retail's 3 core business lines of Software Development & Support Services, Retail Solutions and Consulting Services. Her natural leadership ability and focused commitment to our customers′ needs have been key to the growth and success of STJ Retail. Mary is a graduate of Ryerson University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business. She is a member of STJ Retail's Executive Management and an Officer of the company.

  • Dave Mahr - Vice President of Sales and Marketing

  • Dave has responsibility for sales and marketing activities for the firm. He brings 18 years of experience to STJ with a varied sales career grounded on building and selling business based solutions, professional services and outsourcing solutions for a variety of companies spanning many different technologies and industries. Prior to joining STJ, Dave worked with companies, such as NCR, IBM Global Services, and Capgemini Group as well as participating in the incubation of several start-up companies.
  • He is a graduate of Queen’s University and the University of Windsor and has Bachelor of Arts – Politics, Honors Bachelor of Commerce, and a Master’s in Business Administration degrees. More recently, he has completed Executive Sales Management and Outsourcing Programs at York University and the University of Toronto.

  • Peter Bernard - Director, Software Development & Support Services

  • Peter is responsible for managing Development, Quality Assurance, Support and Technical Services for all POS products. Peter's many years of retail systems experience have made him proficient in the areas of support, testing and development of POS systems and networks. Peter has extensive knowledge of EFT applications and has provided consulting services to large retail customers. Peter's commitment to service excellence is reflected in everything he does. He is well-respected among his colleagues and customers who have come to expect only the best from Peter and his team. Peter has played a major role in the success of STJ Retail.
